Together We Build! The very name of this campaign is exciting! By the grace of God and the leading of the Holy Spirit we are embarking together on a very exciting journey. What we are undertaking is very meaningful, challenging, and lasting because it's not about bricks and mortar, but about the kingdom of God. For generations now, God has favored this church. Hephzibah Baptist Church has been privileged to come along side God in His purposes for the town of Wendell and eastern Wake County. He desires to partner with us in this new venture as we build for the present and future growth of this His church. I pray that you will join with me as we rise to the occasion as our forefathers and mothers did in their generation. It is my prayer that we will meet the challenge before us with joyful hearts and sacrificial giving. Let me encourage you to pray about finding God's will for you and your family in our Together We Build campaign.
The Lord will challenge and change your heart as you meet with Him in prayer. He will stir you, personally, with the excitement of participating in His eternal purposes. Your heart will leap with joy as you witness God's ongoing work through the ministries of our church and the realization of knowing that you had a significant part in it.
When the Lord leads, He provides and enables. You will be blessed as you discover this truth for yourselves during these important and crucial weeks. Let me encourage you to join with me in making a generous, worthy, and sacrificial commitment in giving to our Together We Build campaign. Know that God will be glorified, and Hephzibah Baptist Church will have an even greater impact in this community for God's kingdom. May God grant that the very words "Together We Build" be a motto for the life of our church and a means toward spiritual and financial enhancement.
Associate Pastor, Minister of Administration, Aaron Wallace (Interim Senior Pastor)
"Remember this: the person who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and the person who sows generously will also reap generously. Each person should do as he has decided in his heart - not out of regret or out of necessity, for God loves a cheerful giver."
